Job summary

Amada Senior Care in Buna, TX and surrounding areas is hiring caregivers. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay based on experience, health, dental, and vision insurance, earned PTO, and a variety of shifts including full-time, part-time, weekends, and overnights.

As a caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical care and companionship tailored to each client's needs, including personal care, meals, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, transportation, and emotional support.

Qualifications

• A compassionate heart and a dependable attitude.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel throughout Buna and surrounding communities.
• Must have 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging independence, dignity, and engagement
