Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily care.
• Support individuals with developmental goals and community involvement.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with participants.
• Provide care that respects preferences and dignity.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to ensure wellbeing.
