Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will support daily activities, assist with meals, and help create a safe, dignified living environment.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED, are 18+, and have CPR/First Aid or the ability to obtain it. Strong communication with families and team members is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Create enriching experiences for Memory Care residents.
