Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment in clients’ homes, including light cleaning and organization
• Performing personal care activities per the Plan of Care, such as hygiene, mobility, feeding, dressing, and transfers
• Assisting with errands like doctor visits and shopping to enhance quality of life
• Providing nutritional support, including meal prep and feeding assistance
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ conditions to the care team
• Providing medication reminders as needed
• Following infection control policies per CDC guidelines
• Adhering to agency policies and procedures

• 10-hour, 8-hour, 4-hour shifts
• Day, evening, weekend shifts
