Are you a GREAT teammate? Do you LOVE providing care and compassion for the elderly? Our Lighthouse Senior Living community in Ellicott City is looking for a part-time Caregiver. As part of the Wellness team, you will assist residents with daily basic activities. We expect a good bedside manner with at least 1-year relatable experience; CAN/GNA certifications are a plus. We offer a competitive salary, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and Sick Time. The schedule is 2-3 weekdays with rotating weekends. The hourly rate starts at $17.00, with potential for increases based on experience.

Essential Functions:

• Demonstrate compassionate, patient, and customer-focused care
• Show tactful compassion in high-stress and emotional situations
• Provide care as directed by the nurse or designee to residents in the facility
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional condition
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living
• Maintain knowledge of equipment setup, maintenance, and use
