Senior Resource Group in El Cajon, CA is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our assisted living community. This role offers a 5-2 rotation schedule with a wage range of $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

No prior caregiving experience is required, and training is provided to those with a heart to serve others. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, prompt responsiveness, transporting residents, and supporting a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly. We will train the right candidates that have the heart to serve others.
• Assist residents in their daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, etc.).
• Transport residents as necessary assisting them into and out of bed, wheelchairs.
• Listen to the amazing stories our residents have.
• Work with a care team to provide the best care and environment possible.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Strong work ethic a must.
