You will support elderly, disabled, and injured clients in their homes while maintaining their dignity and care standards. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a caregiver required.
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR).
  • Strong ethics and willingness to adhere to health standards.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients take prescribed medication.
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete.

Job description

We are looking for a Male Caregiver/HHA/CNA to support our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. Someone who can adapt to our clients individuality's as well as their circumstances such as; injured, disabled or elderly. While appreciating the home care industry that continues to make a difference in our Tampa Bay community. The ideal Caregiver has a positive attitude and great communication skills. The Caregiver should be able to follow an assortment of responsibilities that gives assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients take prescribed medication
  • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Help clients with physical therapy exercises
  • Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
  • Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
  • Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
  • Be a pleasant and supportive companion
  • Report any unusual incidents
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Skills

  • Proven experience as a caregiver
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
  • Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Respectful and compassionate
