SYNERGY HomeCare in Indian Harbour Beach, FL is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home care and support to clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks while ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, medication reminders, companionship, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide assisted living services: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide personal care, including toileting, incontinence care and mobility support.
• Administer medications as prescribed by a healthcare provider or as directed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

About the Role:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Assisted Living Services: Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Personal Care: Providing personal care services, including toileting, incontinence care, and managing mobility
• Medication Management: Administering medications as prescribed by a healthcare provider
• Companionship: Spending quality time with clients, engaging in conversations, and providing emotional support
• Household Management: Maintaining a clean and safe living environment, including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will work in a home care setting, providing services to clients in their own homes. You will be responsible for traveling to client homes and providing care as needed.
