Qualifications and Skills

• Prefer 1,000 hours of long‑term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons; exceptions for recently licensed CNAs or PCAs, or for staffing persons who provide only companionship and housekeeping services.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Must have reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by state) and a drug screen.
• This role is classified as a safety‑sensitive position and subject to applicable state and federal regulations.
