Job summary

Alliance Senior Care LLC is seeking 1:1 in-home caregivers for senior clients in Southeast Michigan with immediate openings and consistent schedules. We offer full-time and part-time hours, weekday and weekend shifts, and competitive pay in a family-owned agency.

Responsibilities include compassionate, dependable in-home care per the client's care plan, plus help with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and mobility as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.

• Able to communicate professionally with clients, families, and ASC team.

You’re Duties as a Caregiver

Provide compassionate, dependable care in a client's home, including assistance with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, mobility, and other activities of daily living based on the client's care plan.

What We Are Looking For

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving (or similar) experience is required
• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
• Comfortable working with seniors with varying care needs
• Able to communicate professionally with clients, families, and the ASC team
