Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care of NE San Antonio is hiring part-time caregivers who want flexible work with real impact. We serve seniors in Northern San Antonio and surrounding communities including Boerne, Bulverde, Blanco, Helotes, Leon Springs, Spring Branch, Cibolo, and Schertz.

Shifts available 24/7. Compensation starts at $15.00+ per hour and increases with experience. This role offers advancement opportunities and a caregiver recognition program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, hospital, or rehab.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
• TB test or chest X-ray as part of health screening.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and mobility/transfer assistance.
• Offer companionship and daily living support.
• Report changes in client condition to your coordinator.

What We're Looking For
