Qualifications:

Duties:

• Planning and preparing meals, including those with dietary restrictions
• Housekeeping tasks: vacuuming, cleaning kitchen and bathroom, laundry, linens
• Providing companionship and stimulation (reading, walks)
• Accompanying consumers to appointments (if needed)
• Grocery shopping and errands (if approved)
• Performing personal care as needed
• Assisting with ambulation using mechanical aids
• Other duties as assigned
