Job summary

Right At Home Reynoldsburg is seeking a compassionate caregiver for dayshift in client homes around Columbus. You'll provide non-medical in-home care and companionship, helping clients with daily activities while upholding dignity and safety.

Starting pay is $15 per hour, with flexible Full-Time or Part-Time schedules, paid training, overtime, and mileage reimbursement. You will document services, follow care plans, and promote a clean, safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers when necessary.
• CPR and First Aid certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration unless authorized).
• Escort clients to appointments and errands.
• Monitor and report changes in a client's condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow all company policies and client care plans.
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities. You'll help clients maintain their independence by assisting with daily living activities while delivering compassionate, respectful, and personalized care.

Responsibilities
