Job summary

Home Instead is hiring experienced caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care in the Menlo Park area and surrounding communities.

We offer reliable transportation, flexible shifts (3–12 hours), weekly pay, benefits for eligible staff, and 24/7 office support. You’ll use caregiver technology to schedule visits, track progress, and communicate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals encouraged)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
