Home Instead in Northbrook, IL is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors at home. You will join a dedicated team, use our caregiver technology, and focus on what matters most—providing quality care.

The role offers weekly pay with direct deposit, benefits for eligible employees, paid training, and opportunities to learn and grow. You will help with meals, light housekeeping, grooming, and companionship, with 24/7 support from the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
