Job summary

Home Instead in the Fort Worth/Arlington area is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors at home. You’ll have a dedicated office team, caregiver tech tools, and weekly pay with benefits for eligible employees. Mileage reimbursement and ongoing learning opportunities are part of the role.

You’ll perform companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care, while building strong client relationships in a respectful, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or a valid CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN credential.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities.

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, and incontinence support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Minimum of two professional references
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
