Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a dependable Floater Caregiver to provide coverage for clients and shifts as needed in Blue Ridge, GA. You’ll perform daily activities for clients, including meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, and personal care, while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, six months of caregiving experience, and the ability to pass a background check; CPR certification is preferred or obtainable before start date.

External Job Description

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
