All Ways Caring HomeCare seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care, meal prep, companionship, and personal care to clients in their own homes across the Augusta area. The role offers flexible schedules near your home and opportunities for daily pay, with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Caregivers deliver individualized support while maintaining clients’ dignity, privacy, and independence.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Minimum six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Background check required prior to start date.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

External Job Description

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
