Job summary

Senior Helpers of Warrenton is hiring PRN caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs in Warrenton/Culpeper, VA, and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible PRN scheduling and the chance to make a tangible difference in clients' daily lives.

Position: PRN Caregiver / Home Health Aide (As Needed). Pay ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, with shifts including morning, evening, overnight, and weekends. Join our fast-growing team and grow with us with paid training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate and enjoy helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to assist clients best.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, or nursing assistance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Document care provided and report changes in condition.

Job Duties:

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up
• Assist with medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands, if required
• Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition

• Caring and Compassionate—you enjoy helping others
• Willingness to learn new skills to assist clients best
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance is a plus!
