Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr - $16.00/hr

• Starting pay is $15 - $16 / hour, depending on experience.
• This is a full-time position offering a schedule on 1st shift (7am-3pm) OR 3rd shift (11pm-7am). Every other weekend is required.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing/showering, and eating.
• Support personal and household chores, including tidying, errands, and delivering mail or newspapers.
• Transport residents within the community for meals, activities, and programs.
• Follow and review resident care plans consistently.
• Monitor residents for behavioral changes or medication reactions, report and document accordingly.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and environment hazards.
• Adhere to community policies on safety, attendance, timeliness, and resident service.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow infection prevention, OSHA, fire, and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active certified Caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA) designation.
• Maintain required continuing education credits.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR certification.
