Responsibilities (snapshot):

As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily activities as per their care plan, supporting their independence. Training on ADLs, PPE, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia is provided.

• Promote independent living philosophy.
• Complete competency exams post-training and annual re-certification.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Perform instrumental activities of daily living as per the Plan of Care.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Aide certification preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Complete Caregiver Orientation and pass a written exam with at least 80%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
