Caregiver - Home Health Aide - Non-Medical

Join our home care team as a caregiver in the Harleysville, Lansdowne, and Pottstown areas. We are offering a $525.00 sign-on bonus (eligible after 300 hours worked and 90% EVV compliance).

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities as outlined in their care plan, supporting their independence. Training and tools, including PPE, are provided. Additional training in CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Care is available for professional development.

• Promote independent living philosophy
• Complete competency exams post-training and annual recertification
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA regulations
• Perform instrumental activities of daily living as per the care plan

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED required
• Certified Nurse Aide certification preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation and passing the post-orientation exam (80%)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
