Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable, one-on-one in-home support for patients in Waynesville and St. Robert, MO.

Compensation includes $16.00/hr for DSP/PCA/HHA and $17.00/hr for MO CNAs, with flexible, part-time or PRN hours, weekly pay, potential to build more hours, and a supportive team environment that values

Qualifications

• Provide compassionate, reliable one-on-one in-home care to patients.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate part-time or PRN hours.
• Experience in in-home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Light housekeeping and meal prep as needed.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and nail care.
• Range of motion exercises and transfers using lifting devices if required.
• Oral feeding and monitoring vital signs.
• Home management tasks such as laundry and bed making.
• Assist with ambulation and medication support.
