Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home support in Boonville, MO and California, MO. Roles include DSP, PCA, HHA, CNA with hourly pay of $16.00 for DSP/PCA/HHA and $17.00 for CNA.

Flexible hours, weekly pay, PTO, and health benefits are offered. We support clients with daily living activities and mobility, while offering training, stability, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or direct support roles is preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Support range of motion exercises and transfers using assistive devices.
• Monitor health signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and report changes.
• Perform home management tasks and medication assistance as needed.

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals ( DSP ), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides ( PCA) , Home Health Aides ( HHA ) and Certified Nurse Assistant ( CNA ) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the following areas:

Boonville, MO + California, MO

DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver - $16.00/hr

Active MO CNA - $17.00/hr

*available hours to vary by location .

Currently looking to staff Part Time Hours* + PRN/Fill-In's with potential to build up additional hours.

Job Responsibilities for CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA's & Caregivers

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping

• Oral feeding
