All Ways Caring HomeCare in Florida is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support clients in daily activities, companionship, and personal care. Join a team that values dignity, privacy, and independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a caregiver (professional or familial).
• Must have valid driver's license.
• CPR certification is current.
• Background check per AHCA standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Must demonstrate independence and good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping and meal preparation for clients.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Provide transportation assistance as needed.
• Perform other light duties as assigned.

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License
• 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
• CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
• Current CPR Certification
• Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
• TB Clearance Per State Regulations
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
