All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. You will provide individualized care designed to keep clients comfortable and independent, focusing on daily living activities, safety, and dignity.

Responsibilities include companionship, housekeeping, meal prep, personal hygiene support, and transportation assistance. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required; CPR certification preferred.

External Job Description

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Housekeeping and Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
• CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
• Current CPR Certification
• Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
• TB Clearance Per State Regulations
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
