Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide individualized in-home support, including meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, and personal care. You will help clients stay in the comfort of their homes with dignity and independence, under orientation and ongoing training.

Experience is not required; candidates must be 18+, communicate effectively, and handle confidential information responsibly.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; orientation and training provided.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities including meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, transportation.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
• Ensure client safety, dignity, and comfort during home care tasks.

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to, the following:
