Job summary

Rock of Ages in Oregon is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in in-home memory care. Community and campus locations in Yamhill and Polk counties; not all on campus.

You will provide daily living assistance, safety monitoring, and companionship to residents, helping them live safely and comfortably. We offer competitive hourly pay ($18-$20 for unlicensed caregivers, $24+ for licensed CNAs), mileage reimbursement, fully paid benefits, PTO, paid training, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass criminal background check with ORDHS.
• CPR certification or ability to become certified upon hire.
• Certified Nursing Assistant in Oregon (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for seniors in Memory Care.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Ensure resident safety and monitor wellbeing, reporting changes as needed.
• Offer companionship and social engagement to residents.
• Communicate with families and the caregiving team to coordinate care.
