Job summary

Legacy Home Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver to perform home care visits and provide living assistance in Assisted Living communities around the Greater Minneapolis area. This part-time role offers flexible days and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and travel up to 35 miles from home. A CNA is a plus, with at least 1 year of caregiving experience and the ability to pass a Nursing Assistant knowledge quiz.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Home Care.
• Nursing Assistant knowledge quiz must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, living assistance, and companionship to residents.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, eating, bathing and socializing.
• Help residents with transfers and therapeutic exercises; assist with household services as needed.
• Travel up to 35 miles from home to visit clients and work across various Assisted Living Communities.
