Job summary

Home Instead in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors at clients’ homes in the greater Pittsburgh area. You’ll provide companionship, meal help, personal care, and transportation support, with a driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

This role offers weekly pay, a starting wage of $15–$16 per hour with $1 extra for weekend visits, potential to earn up to $18 per hour after eight weeks, plus health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid holidays and

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and care.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity.

Whether you’re experienced or brand new to professional home care, our team is here to help you every step of the way. You’ll be driving to client’s homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits**
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks***

*must be in good standing and worked a minimum of 16 visits in first 45 days

***To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
