Associated Home Care is hiring caregivers to support seniors at home with compassionate in-home care across Massachusetts. We offer Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Homemakers with flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.

Your Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Open availability strongly preferred.

• Must pass a criminal background check.

• Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
