Job summary

Associated Home Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Homemakers (HMKs) to provide compassionate in-home care across Massachusetts. We value dignity, independence and joy for clients and offer flexible schedules, competitive pay and direct deposit.

Requirements include High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with insurance and reliable transportation. Training is provided for those without HHA/CNA, and you’ll join a family-oriented team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• HHA Certificate or CNA License is preferred but not required — training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.

Your Responsibilities

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
