BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs/CHHAs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care across New Jersey counties. We offer training opportunities, supportive staff, and weekly pay with flexible scheduling.

Join our BAYADA ACSP division and help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Travel to nearby assignments, work with dedicated nurses, and grow with credential support and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Previous home health care experience is welcome but not required; training is available.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Dressing and personal hygiene.
• Meal preparation and feeding.
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Bed making and other household tasks.
• Assistance with ambulation and transfers.
• Range-of-motion exercises.
• Vital sign checks.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Helping clients maintain their independence at home.
