Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Cincinnati and surrounding communities is hiring Caregivers and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance, helping them stay independent and safe at home.

We offer competitive pay of $16–$18 per hour, weekly pay, daily pay option, flexible scheduling, paid training, PTO after 6 months, and a supportive team that values dignity and connection.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, companionship, or personal care experience
• A genuine passion for helping seniors and adults
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 25 miles within the service area
• Valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and auto insurance in your name
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and reference checks
• Ability to pass required pre-employment drug screening
• Dependability, patience, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Helping with walking, mobility, and transfers
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating
• Providing medication reminders
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Assisting with toileting and incontinence care
• Running errands and grocery shopping
• Providing transportation to appointments and activities
• Encouraging clients to remain active, engaged, and independent
