Job summary

Orange Coast Homecare, LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking compassionate Caregivers and Home Care Aides to support seniors at home with daily living, meal prep, mobility aid, and transportation. You will build meaningful relationships while ensuring safety and comfort.We offer weekly pay every Friday, holiday pay, cell phone/travel stipends, flexible scheduling, paid orientation, competitive wages, and rewarding work supporting independence.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and responsible.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• HCA registration or willingness to obtain registration, if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care and daily routines.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Transport to appointments and run errands.
• Assist mobility, transfers, and walking.
• Monitor client safety and well-being.
