Qualifications

• 5 year previous work history – caregiving experience.
• Criminal Record, Abuse, Sex Offender, MVA Check required.
• 3 Professional References
• Current TB Screen
• Valid TN driver’s license is required

Responsibilities

• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or companionship and personal care
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
• Function within your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Looking for all visit times, minimum 3 hours availability, (overnights, weekdays and weekends)
