Job summary

Frontline in Lafayette, CO is hiring a Caregiver to positively impact residents daily. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team under the Health & Wellness Director, helping residents with comfort, dignity, and overall care plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, transfers, hygiene, responding to call lights, and observing changes. Competitive benefits are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing).
• Support residents with stand-by assist transfers.
• Provide personal hygiene care to residents.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing supervisor.
• Apply infection control principles in all care activities.
• Adapt to changing needs and responsibilities as required.

Schedule: Thursday-Saturday 6am-6pm

About the Role:

As a Caregiver, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to positively impact our residents each day. Working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and under the guidance of our Health & Wellness Director, you’ll help ensure residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being while contributing to their overall care plan. You’ll also serve as a positive representative of our facility’s commitment to compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and dressing
• Support residents with stand-by assist transfers
• Provide quality personal hygiene care to residents
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance
