Broad Street Home Care is a private pay concierge Healthcare company providing one on one in-home care solutions that bridge the gap between the healthcare system & the home.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Professional to join our team working in Naperville IL Friday through Sunday 7pm to 7am.

What Does Working With Broad Street Look Like :

• Schedules that work for you. Home Care needs vary and as a result, we present the opportunities that work for you. This can include set schedules with long shifts or short shifts, or even PRN; we operate throughout Chicagoland.
• Collaboration with Nurses - All of our cases involve a Nurse Care Manager and Patient Advocates for support and collaboration. It is truly a team effort.
• Competitive Pay - Care Professionals starting pay range is between $16.00 an $18.00 an hour with an annual pay increase; there are also opportunities for bonuses. We offer Direct Deposit and pay bi-weekly, so you get your money fast. We understand that everyone needs time off therefore you have the opportunity to accrue 40 hours of sick time per year. In addition to our sick time, we offer 11 paid holidays.
