Total Care Connections, a family-owned home care company in Arizona, is hiring caregivers and home care aides to support clients across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and surrounding areas. Open availability for days, nights, weekends, and live-in opportunities are welcome, with on-the-job training provided.

Starting pay begins at $16 per hour, with opportunities for higher rates based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Open availability for day, night, or weekend shifts.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (training provided).
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs. and perform caregiving duties.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one in-home care.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility.
• Help with errands, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Monitor client conditions and communicate changes promptly; ensure client dignity, safety, and comfort.
