Total Care Connections is hiring caregivers and home care aides to support clients across the Phoenix metro area with compassionate, in-home care. We offer flexible shifts, weekly client growth, daily pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Open availability for day, night, or weekend shifts.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (training provided).
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs. and perform caregiving duties.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one in-home care.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility.
• Help with errands, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Monitor client conditions and communicate changes promptly.
