What you’ll receive

• Hourly wage starts at $16 per hour.
• $4 per hour extra for all weekend day shifts (8:00 PM Friday to 8:00 AM Monday). Caring for couples is $4 per hour extra.
• We pay 1.5x for overtime (over 40 hours) and 1.5x for many holidays.
• Earn 1.5 hours of accrued time off for every 40 hours of work (after 90 days).
• Flexible schedules with daytime shifts from 4 hours to 12 hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM).
• Overnight shifts available from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (8–12 hours).

Requirements to become a caregiver

• Valid Driver’s License
• Car with auto insurance
• At least 21 years old
• Respect for seniors and their property
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Live in Bucks County
• Prior experience caring for seniors
