HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support within a 60-mile radius of Nashville, TN. You will offer companionship, light domestic tasks, and assist with daily activities, while choosing shifts that fit your schedule.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, undergo background checks, and complete necessary screenings. PTO starts from day one, with opportunities for growth and referral bonuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties may include:

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming, and toileting assistance
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work providing care to older adults or individuals with chronic conditions preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Caring, punctual, reliable, and professional
• Successful completion of required criminal background checks
• Successful completion of required drug screening
