Job summary

HomeWell is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care within a 60-mile radius of Nashville, TN. You choose shifts and start earning PTO from day one, with a supportive team behind you.

Responsibilities include companionship, light cooking and cleaning, bathing assistance, and transportation to appointments. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work providing care to older adults or individuals with chronic conditions preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Caring, punctual, reliable, and professional
• Successful completion of required criminal background checks
• Successful completion of required drug screening
