Our stunning Wellington community in Salt Lake City, UT, is hiring a Caregiver to join our team of Senior Living Warriors!

Job Details:

• Full-Time - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Saturday shifts: Morning (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) or Evening (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM)

Job Summary:

The Caregiver assists residents with Daily Living Activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, transportation, and other personal care, maintaining dignity and respect, and adhering to all policies and regulations.

Essential Duties include:

• Respond promptly and kindly to resident needs, respecting their dignity and confidentiality (50%)
• Follow care plans to ensure proper care (10%)
• Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility (20%)
• Support residents during mealtime and transportation (6%)
• Perform safety checks and encourage participation in activities (5%)
• Document resident information and communicate changes immediately (4%)
• Respond to resident alerts and emergencies (3%)

Requirements:

• Age 18 or over, or proper work authorization
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Nurses Aid certification preferred
• Current first aid certification
• Background clearances and health screening with TB test
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but training available
• Ability to read, speak, and follow directions in English
• Physical ability to lift 40+ pounds and push 150 pounds
