Job summary

Vitality is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Specialist to assist residents with activities and basic treatments per service plans in our Hudson, NY community.

You will support emotional well-being, participate in onboarding and training, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining dignity and choice for all residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
• Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as indicated in service plans.
• Assist residents with simple treatments as indicated in service plans.
• Support residents' emotional health and behavior per care plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director, including onboarding and training participation.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the company.
