Sandimasretirement in California is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents with daily living activities and personal care. You will assist with mobility, meals, hygiene, and light housekeeping in a respectful, safe environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and teamwork to ensure resident well-being. Prior caregiver experience is preferred, and all applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.

Formación

• Must be vaccinated against Covid-19 with booster and provide proof.
• Flexible schedule and full-time availability required.
• Must pass Live Scan background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the facility (to activities, to dining room, walks etc.).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist feeding and bathing residents.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own.
• Provide increased assistance to residents with dementia or in memory care unit.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.

We are looking for competent Caregivers to join our team! The ideal candidate would be responsible for caring for our patients in a professional and compassionate manner.

Caregiver Requirements

Other Caregiver Skills

• Experience as a caregiver preferred but not required
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid and CPR
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

PAY SCALE:

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
