Compensation and Benefits:

• $13.50/hour with On Demand Pay Options
• Full-time evening and morning positions available
• Full benefits package, including 401(k) with 3% match
• Weekly or daily pay options

Responsibilities:

• Help individuals grow, learn, and live well
• Develop meaningful relationships with participants
• Support with developmental goals such as budgeting, hygiene, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist individuals with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs including autism

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: six months of experience in human services or care roles
• Skills in caregiving, direct support, or related fields
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance (in some roles)
