Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with medication reminders (if applicable), bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services, and other activities of daily living.
2. Provide emotional and social support to residents.
3. Document daily assistance logs.
4. Respect and promote the independence and dignity of residents.
5. Respond promptly to resident, family, and employee concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in senior care.
2. Effective communication skills in English.
3. Possession of a CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on the state.
4. Basic computer skills; proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
5. Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
7. Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations.
9. Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor with residents and colleagues.
