Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in a caring, supportive environment. You will assist with daily activities, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in conversations and activities.

The role emphasizes following individualized plans, teamwork with care leaders, and contributing to a positive living experience for residents, including memory care residents.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range:

14.10 - 17.65
