ComForCare in Oxnard, CA is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, and companionship, helping them stay independent in their own homes.

We offer a flexible schedule with evening and weekend shifts, competitive pay of $21–$25 per hour, and benefits like 401(k) matching and ongoing training. Certification and Livescan requirements apply, with full support from a caring employer.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) certification required but not always for initial interview.
• TB test results may be required.
• Access to reliable transportation is necessary.
• Previous caregiver experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

What we’re looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) certification and Livescan fingerprinting required but not necessary for initial interview.

• Access to reliable transportation.
• Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
